ABOUT MUD SWEAT TEARS
Our 5800 square foot facility, located in Verona, NJ, has everything you need and nothing you don’t! 

At Mud Sweat Tears, you will not find rows of elliptical or weight machines. Instead, our facility is equipped with kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, pull-up bars , dumbbells and barbells. Yes, we have some rowing machines and assault bikes too but you will not plant yourself on one and stay there for an hour! And there is plenty of floor space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing – functional movements.

The program varies which means you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Each day, a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts are so efficient, they can fit into even the busiest schedules.

MST FITNESS
Using a variety of weighted, cardio and body weight movements, a new workout will be provided everyday to deliver an efficient and effective workout that anyone can fit into their busy schedule!
OBSTACLE FIT/SGX
Get ready for your next obstacle race, while working on skills and techniques to help you become more efficient on and off the course.
CHALLENGE PROGRAM
Looking for an intensive program to transform your body or kickstart a diet and exercise program? A customized meal plan, weekly weigh-ins and accountability coaching are also part of this package! Set a goal, work hard, succeed!
INBODY SCANS
The InBody Test provides a comprehensive view of body composition balance. Body water, proteins, minerals, and body fat, which are the components of the human body closely relate to the status of our health.
